1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to users who purchase the Lifetime Deal for the Sooper Books Audio App (the “Lifetime Deal”). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms, including the terms of use contained within this document, as well as our Privacy Policy. 2. Scope of the Lifetime Deal

2.1. The Lifetime Deal provides access to the Sooper Books Audio App (available to download on Android and iOS) and includes:

• Unlimited listening access to all original Sooper Books audio content available at the time of purchase, as well as all future Sooper Books original stories; and
  
  
  

• All future updates to the Sooper Books Audio App, provided such updates are made available by Sooper Books directly.

  
  

2.2. The Lifetime Deal applies only to the Sooper Books Audio App and does not extend to other services, products or features unless expressly stated.

2.3. If Sooper Books introduces content or services via third-party partners in the app, such content may be subject to separate terms and conditions and is not guaranteed as part of the Lifetime Deal.

2.4. This offer is tied to the original purchasing account and access is intended for use by a single household. Reselling or transferring the Lifetime Deal for commercial purposes is not permitted. 

2.5. Sooper Books reserves the right to modify, suspend or make changes to the Lifetime Deal at its discretion, including due to changes in technology, service limitations, or business operations. Continued access depends on the ongoing availability of the Sooper Books Audio App and related services.

3. Pricing and Availability

3.1. The price of the Lifetime Deal may be adjusted at any time at the sole discretion of Sooper Books. This may include pricing increases as new content and features are introduced. Pricing at the time of purchase is final for the user and will not be altered retroactively.

3.2. The Lifetime Deal is a limited-time offer and may be withdrawn from sale at any time, without notice. This will not affect users who have already purchased the Lifetime Deal — access will remain in place according to these terms.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Users may cancel their purchase of the Lifetime Deal within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Any requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

4.2. To request a refund, users must contact Customer Support via email at support@sooperbooks.com.

5. Founding Member Benefits

5.1. Users who purchase the Lifetime Deal will be entitled to a 10% discount on all future Sooper Books products, subject to availability and applicable product terms. This benefit is intended to be a lasting reward for founding members, though Sooper Books reserves the right to make adjustments in future if necessary, with prior notice.

6. Educational and Developmental Benefits

6.1. Sooper Books audio content is designed to support memory, focus, and reasoning through storytelling. While many users may experience these benefits, individual outcomes may vary.

6.2. The content is not intended as a substitute for educational, medical, or developmental advice and should not be relied upon as such.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content made available through the Sooper Books audio app, including but not limited to audio stories, branding, logos, and design elements, is the property of Sooper Books and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

7.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the content without express written permission, except as permitted by law or as part of normal personal use within the app.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the app or its content:

• In any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of its availability or accessibility;

• For any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;

• To reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app’s code or technical features;

• To share, sell, or otherwise distribute account access outside of your household.
  
  
  

9. Account Responsibility

9.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

9.2. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive login details to access the Sooper Books audio app. We strongly advise that you change your password immediately after first login.

9.3. If you choose not to change your password, Sooper Books will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to or misuse of your account.

9.4. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account or suspected breach of security.

10. Service Limitations

10.1. Sooper Books does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to make modifications to the app’s features, content, or performance at any time.

10.2. Sooper Books shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, platform restrictions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Device and Compatibility Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements to access and use the Sooper Books audio app. Sooper Books is not responsible for access issues caused by device incompatibility or outdated software.

12. Termination

12.1. Sooper Books reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Lifetime Deal without refund in the event of:

• Breach of these terms or other applicable terms and policies;

• Account misuse, including unauthorised sharing of login credentials; or

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. Sooper Books shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Lifetime Deal, including any business losses, data loss, or consequential damages.

13.2. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1. These terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in connection with any claim or dispute relating to the Lifetime Deal.
